With clean and comfortable rooms, complimentary breakfast and the added bonus of a pool, hot tub and steam room, guests say Shiloh Inn Tacoma delivers great quality at an affordable price. Guests enjoyed the breakfast, particularly the waffle and pancake making equipment, and most said they'd happily return to the hotel whenever they're in the Tacoma area.

Most guests had high praise for the staff of Shiloh Inn and described them as helpful and efficient. The front desk clerks were singled out for their friendly demeanor. Some returning guests commented that staff remembered their names and guests saw this as an example of management's attention to customer service.

Shiloh Inn's location earned high marks from guests for its easy access to the freeway and for the many restaurants within walking distance. Guests also noted that the hotel is only a thirty minute drive to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and that it is cheaper and more comfortable than most airport hotels.
