Hotel Murano (Tacoma, USA)

The hotel is situated right near the Convention Center and many of the main sights in Tacoma. Shopping and nightlife are within an easy walking distance. Guests loved the central location that makes a stay enjoyable.

Many guests describe the beds and pillows as comfortable. You can choose the style of your pillow yourself from a "pillow menu". Rooms are clean, well appointed and offer all amenities needed for a luxury stay. The glass art display collection is another highlight the hotel provides and unique to this location.

You can expect great customer service from a friendly and courteous staff. Many guests were impressed with the assistance provided and felt well taken care off.

Some guests felt that the rooms and bathrooms were on the small side. This is true for the cheapest room category so if you want a bigger room you might want to upgrade.

Some guests had bad experience with delivery time of ordered room service food, often waiting an hour for it. If you order room service be prepared to have to be patient a bit or pick your food up to go yourself downstairs in the restaurant.

Guests who had rooms next to the elevator were not happy with the noise the elevators produced and they were often running all night. If you are sensitive to such noises make sure to mention it at the front desk as a request to not be put next to the elevator.
