Most guests are very much satisfied with the apartment's close proximity to the city centre and other major establishments of Verona. It is also near famous dining options, shopping centres, transport systems, and other tourist attractions such as the Roman Ruins.

Due to the large space and fully-equipped apartment designed for group of people, guests have enjoyed the great facilities offered at this property. There are huge couches, kitchen area, and dining table in the rooms- perfect for long-term accommodations.

Previous guests speak well of the friendly assistance of the property host all throughout their stay. The hosts were very warm and welcoming and provided all the needed help and assistance by giving useful tips to help them with their travel within Verona.

Aside from noisy neighbours, guests are also annoyed with the loud noise coming from the nearby pubs and restaurants. Since the property is located in a central commercial area, disturbing noises from people outside the streets partying and drinking are uncontrollable. The use of earplugs is highly advised.

Many guests were disappointed with the poor performance of the in-room air-conditioning system. They had difficulty getting some proper sleep due to the hot temperature especially on warm seasons. The air-conditioning unit was not enough to cool the whole place especially the bedroom area.

The poor lighting design within the apartment was also the common complaint of previous guests. There was no natural light available so the whole place was quite dim, which was hard for those who needed to, read a book. There were also no sufficient lights in the bathroom area.
