It's a little run down
Guests were disappointed to find that many areas of the resort are looking a bit worse for wear. They noticed peeling paint, rusting appliances, broken railings, and fraying carpets, among other issues. Most of these same guests very much enjoyed their stay otherwise, and expressed the hope that a renovation may be on its way.
negative:
It can get a little noisy
Multiple guests complained that the walls and ceilings were far too thin for comfort. This presented a particular problem for guests who had rooms nearby the pool, and had to contend with the noise of boisterous children playing throughout their stay.
negative:
"It's not a resort"
Many guests who frequently stay at resorts felt that Coconut Cove did not live up to that name. They felt like in order to call itself a resort the place needed more amenities and more luxury features.
