The house is 150 years old and has 4 fireplaces. It was fully renovated. Conserving the caracter of the old farmhouse with modern architectural and equipment.\r\nDaily living centers around the living room on the ground floor with direct access to the courtyards. Right next to this room you find the fully stocked professional kitchen with a barbeque fireplace and another direct access to the courtyard. The 3 bedrooms of the main house are situated on the 1st floor. \r\nIn addition there is an apartment with a separate entrance. Here you will find on the first floor a living room with a spectacular view along with kitchen and bathroom and a sofa which can be used as a spare bed. Another 2 beds are in the gallery.\r\nA shaded portico is complemented by a sunny veranda providing diverse relaxing areas which accommodate varying weather conditions. The pool, located on the lower terrace is 14x3x1,5 meters where while swimming you will have a splendid view of the \'Langhe\'. Wander through our natural park of 3 hectares taking breaks along the way in sitting areas with benches.
