You are welcomed to the hotel by the very friendly reception staff, they will go out of their way to make sure that all of your requests are met and they will even help you plan your outings. Nothing is too much trouble at this hotel.

It is clear that a lot of time and effort goes into keeping this hotel in top condition, the service staff make sure to clean your room every day and to change your linens and towels regularly. The public areas are also very clean, especially th breakfast room.

The buffet breakfast is quite basic with very little variety to choose from. Some guests have commented that they wished that the orange juice was of better quality. If you did not get to breakfast early there would be little left for you to have, the staff do not replenish the food as it is eaten.

You may find yourself waiting for quite a long time if you want to use the lift, it is very slow and so it is much faster to just use the stairs. The lift is also a bit cramped when you have luggage.

Some of the guest rooms are outdated in comparison to others. The rooms are cramped with old furniture and inadequate room facilities. These rooms need to be updated to be more comfortable and functional.
