Lovely vistas

The mountain and forest views were absolutely wonderful according to visitors. They said this hotel was one of the best places for nature lovers and sightseers to spend their vacation. Even the balconies were found to be quite large and offer views of the mountains.

Best relaxing location

If relaxing is on the menu for your next vacation, then guests said this was one of the best hotels to do it from. It's far from the hustle and bustle of the city and the presence of the Chadwick Falls made the area even more serene.

Negative Reviews

Location is hard to find

From taxi drivers to guests themselves, most people found the hotel very difficult to find. Even the GPS did not pick it up, resulting in some vacations getting off to the wrong start. Guests mentioned that the road leading up the hill toward the hotel was also steep and narrow.

Lacking some basic facilities

Guests found no frills and fancy gadgets at this hotel. There were also several complaints that ranged from toilets that didn't flush, to no soap in the bathrooms and rooms lacking a dustbin.

Level of cleanliness can improve

Rooms were in need of a deep clean according to guests. They found the bed sheets and pillow covers grubby and were frustrated with the number of insects and mosquitoes present.
