Negative Reviews

Poor soundproofing.

Guests said that they were able to hear noise from the adjoining rooms as the walls were said to be on the thin side and also objected to the rather noisy plumbing.

Staff not always on-site.

Quite a few guests said that they found it rather disconcerting and also inconvenient that there is no one at reception in the evenings and those who had issues had to call an emergency number in order to speak to a member of staff.

Wi-Fi issues.
