Positive Reviews

Very convenient location

The hotel is downtown Santa Fe and most big tourist sights can be easily visited on foot. Most guests liked this convenience of being able to walk to attractions, restaurants, art galleries and museums as well as shops and boutiques.

Nice inviting rooms

Rooms are designed with the Southwestern surroundings of Santa Fe in mind, but with contemporary amenities. Many guests liked the rooms that provided fireplaces as some do. You can expect clean and quiet accommodations with comfortable beds for your stay.

Staff is very good

Guests had good things to say about the staff, from front desk to valet and restaurant staff. They felt treated well and received good customer service as well as friendly recommendations. They also enjoyed the seasonal activities that the hotel provides free of charge, adding a little extra to their stay.

Negative Reviews

Could do with some updates

Some guests felt that the rooms are not as good as they should be for being called a luxury destination. They had minor maintenance issues or cosmetic issues with their rooms.

A bit overpriced

Many guests felt that the price was high for what the resort actually offers. Extra fees like parking and Wi-Fi will add up if you do not allot money for this in advance. It is depending what you expect from a luxury resort and what price you actually pay for the room.

Food has mixed reviews

The food in the restaurants has very mixed reviews. Some guests liked it while others did not. As restaurants are a very personal experience you might want to give the in-house eateries a try or venture out into Santa Fe and enjoy one of the many restaurants nearby.
