The apartment is Design furnished (Boffi kitchen with Vicco magistretti dining table), Zanotta sofa, Molteni dressing... In the surroundings you can experiment with french gastronomy in many excellent restaurants, you can shop too in Cannes or Monaco or in Italy (the boarder is about 35 kms). The Mediterranean Sea (the famous Promenade des Anglais) is less than 10 minutes walking from the flat and the French Alps less than 1 hour driving. There\'s no problem here to speak American or English, the anglo-saxon community is very important (more than 50 000 people).
