Masseria Ferrari is a typical trulli farmhouse (18th century).
According to the ancient architectural styles of the Apulian farms retains all the elements of a typical country cottage such as stone walls, trulli, lamia (old chapel), palmento (winemaking place), barns, niches, mangers, fireplaces and limestone floors. The renovations and restores have preserved the natural beauty of these old stone dwellings to make possible to re-live a stay full of charm and tradition.
Trulli are typical rural dry stone buildings, that characterize the territory of Itria Valley, also called Trulli Valley, located between the provinces of Bari, Brindisi and Taranto.
