Excellent Location.

This hotel is ideally situated for access to a variety of activities and places. It's just a 15 minute walk to the city centre which includes a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. The beach is just across the road and with that many water activities.

Rooms Provide Essentials.

Rooms at this hotel are clean and pleasant, not to mention spacious. The rooms are basic in décor, but contain all of the essentials needed for a comfortable stay.

Negative Reviews

Some Upgrades Needed.

Certain parts of this hotel are in need of some refurbishing. The bathrooms in particular need an upgrade as fixtures and amenities are outdated. The building itself is relatively old and much of the furniture is dated.

Amenities Don't Always Work.

Some guests say the Wi-Fi connection is rather slower than they are used to, and worse, the air conditioners in rooms don't always work. If you go during the hotter summer months, this could be a great concern.

Partygoers Place.

If you're looking for a quiet, peaceful place to stay, you may need to look elsewhere, as guests say the nearby Makenzy Beach is known as a party beach and loud music and shouting can often be heard late into the night.
