Shopping-Central

Guests found the location perfect for shopping. There are many authentic markets and souks in the area, and several luxurious shopping malls are less than a mile away. You can also discover plenty of places to eat at in the area. When you want to see the rest of the city, you can find the metro station just a five-minute walk away.

The staff are said to be helpful and were accommodating with guests whenever possible.

Despite a few dissenting voices, most previous guests at the Queens Hotel were happy with the level of service from the staff. They will try their best to help with all enquiries, including arranging transport and/or reservations for places in the city.

Negative Reviews

Mediocre Breakfast

Guests weren't too thrilled with the breakfast buffet here, and found the food selection to be quite limited and lacking in quality. In addition, guests found the menu to be quite monotonous from day to day.

Ready for Renovations

The hotel is on the older side, and the rooms are clearly ready for an update. The carpets seem old and worn, and the furnishings feel shabby.

Unfulfilled Expectations

The indoor pool was a bit disappointing for guests because it is quite small. The hotel's fitness centre is also not very impressive, and apparently poorly equipped. It seems that much of this hotel is limited in size, as many guests found their rooms and especially their bathrooms to be very small and cramped.
