Positive Reviews

Easy access to amenities and attractions.

The hotel is a short walk away from the popular shopping outlet the Mall of the Emirates which many found very convenient. Guests who did not feel like walking said that having a free shuttle which could take them either to the mall or the beach was one of the great advantages of staying here.

Customer-orientated staff.

The majority of the guests were pleased to report that they received a very high level of service during their stay. All the members of staff were described as possessing a very positive attitude and a willingness to make the guests feel completely at ease and well taken care of. Those who approached the staff with queries and issues said that they were resolved quickly and efficiently.

Impressive breakfasts.

The quality and variety of the food on offer at breakfast left a positive impression on many guests. The continental buffet was described as extensive with numerous fresh and nutritious items such as fruits, yoghurts and pastries. Cooked dishes were said to be full of flavour whilst the portions were said to be generous.

Negative Reviews

Wi-Fi issues.

Guests who wanted to access the Internet from their rooms said that the Wi-Fi connection was quite weak and intermittent whilst many also objected having to pay for the service.

Poor soundproofing.

The sound insulation was said to be somewhat lacking as guests said that they could hear noise from the hallways as well as from the adjoining rooms which prevented them from fully enjoying their stay.

Housekeeping problems.

Quite a few guests found the level of cleanliness within their en suites rather lacking. Guests objected to stained carpets and the fact that their towels and sheets were not changed in a timely manner.
