Water may run out at times

One of the most common issues of those who have stayed in the hotel is the lack of water pressure in the bathroom. There were also some guests who experienced water shortages, making it difficult for them to enjoy a nice warm bath.

Poor soundproofing disturbed some guests

Being located just off the Interstate 75, heavy traffic noise should be expected. However, many guests pointed out that the management seemed to miss out on this detail and they failed to ensure proper soundproofing in each room. This caused inconvenience, especially for those who were very sensitive to noise.

Room décor and some facilities need updating

Although the rooms are spotlessly clean, some guests commented that the in-room decor and some of the facilities are in need of updating. This issue though, is minor as everything is still well-maintained and fully-functional for the guests’ convenience.
