Positive Reviews

The rooms are full of character.

Previous guests have described the rooms as bustling with character and charm. They loved the individually decorated bedrooms which are themed on cities from around the world.

Large garden.

When the weather is pleasant guests really enjoyed sitting out in the large picturesque lawned garden which is the perfect place to relax and take things easy.

Honesty bar.

Guests loved the idea of having an honesty bar. They found that it was very convenient and also very reasonably priced.

Negative Reviews

Expert drivers only.

Some guests found that the entrance to the car park was quite tight and they had difficulty getting in. Guests with larger cars such as a 4x4 eventually managed to get through, but only with some skilled driving.

No lift.

There isn’t a lift available in the hotel so if guests have mobility issues they may have to take this into consideration and request a room on a lower floor.

Varying sizes of rooms.

As each room in the hotel is quite unique it is worth noting that some rooms are smaller than others and guests may wish to request a larger room if this is desired.
