Positive Reviews

This great location is easy to access

Guests stress that visitors should not be deterred by the hotel’s eighth-floor location. It is reportedly very easy to find and, via the building’s two lifts, guests soon arrive at the front desk. The surrounding city centre area is fascinating, with all manner of shops, restaurants, bakeries, tea-shops, and even a couple of cinemas.

Showers are piping hot and plentiful

Guests like the rooms which are clean and comfortable. They enthuse, particularly, over the seemingly endless supply of piping hot water in the shower.

Management and staff are a delight

Returning guests note very few changes in members of staff. They are greeted as old friends. During the evening, the amiable owner mingles with guests and helps them sort out any queries and travel plans. There is a computer in the lounge which is free for guests to use. Reviews reveal the hotel is a very friendly and relaxing sort of place.

Negative Reviews

Noisy nights in Cairo

Given the central Cairo location, guests say that it comes as no surprise to find there is something of a noise problem at this hotel. This will, they suggest, affect light sleepers. Street noise is reportedly the main issue, but guests also complain of internal noise, such as from the air conditioners.
