Hotel Hotel Tenuta Pigliano Bagnolo del Salento
B&B since 2007, Tenuta Pigliano has become in 2015, as a result of renovation and expansion, Hotel. Tenuta Pigliano is located in the town of Bagnolo del Salento, a few kilometers from Otranto and Alimini beach, easily reachable by means of an internal road. The hotel, typical of rural hospitality, was built on a ground, always owned by the family, completely covered by about 500 green olive trees, many of them centuries old; on the same stand an old farmhouse, renovated and entirely made of dry stone, such as stone walls, "pajare" and "aia." The hotel was built without altering in any way the natural environment, in order to offer guests an authentic corner of Salento, with the most typical buildings of the Salento culture, like "pajara" in which there is the suite, and "aia" upon which was built a wooden cover. more
