Extremely helpful staff

The staff at this family-run property are incredibly helpful. Numerous guests report that the hands-on owner in particular goes out of his way to help and assist guests. Whether you need extra linen or an airport pick up, it seems that nothing is too much trouble. This pro-active attitude really helped to make this property something special. .

Clean and modern

Even if the interior décor wasn't to everyone's taste, guests really had a hard time faulting the incredibly clean and modern facilities at this hotel. Additionally, visitors were pleased to note that rooms here were especially spacious.

Quiet neighbourhood with good local links

This hotel is set in a quieter part of Antalya, but this translated into a tranquil atmosphere that many guests loved. Additionally, the property is convenient for the local beach and shopping and has good bus links to the surrounding areas.

Negative Reviews

Sluggish Wi-Fi

Slow Wi-Fi seemed to be a real problem here, with a number of guests reporting intermittent or non-existent signal in their rooms.

Leaks in bathrooms

Additionally, a few visitors noted leaking showers and boilers in their accommodation. For some, this unfortunately had a detrimental impact on their hot water supplies which, in turn, impacted the overall quality of their experience here.

Industrial area

While this hotel is located in a quieter part of town, it is also right smack in Antalya's port area. For some - especially those seeking a typical sun-and-sand type of holiday - this gave the property an oddly industrial feel.
