Westgate River Ranch Resort & Rodeo

The Westgate River Ranch Resort is located on 1,700 acres in Central Florida near Lake Wales and about an hour from Orlando. The resort has a strong cowboy theme and describes itself as an authentic dude ranch. Among the activities the hotel offers are: horseback riding, a rodeo, petting farm, boat rentals, catch and release pond, outdoor pool and sauna, basketball and tennis courts, and shooting. There is an on-site restaurant that offers family style American fare. Guests may also purchase items at an on-site grocery store which features deli sandwiches and pizzas. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in the lobby. Accommodation varies from individual rooms that sleep up to two guests to two- bedroom cabins. All rooms regardless of size have a dining area with cutlery and tableware, refrigerator, microwave, central heating and air conditioning, alarm clock, and a television. Pets under 60 pounds (approximately 27 kilos) are allowed. A non-refundable pet deposit is required at check-in. The entire property is nonsmoking.
