The hotel is located close to the Kuta beach, souvenir shops, bars and restaurants, as well as Ngurah Rai International Airport. This is a big hit among guests. All the guests have admired the friendly and well-trained staff of the hotel. They found the reception staff to be very helpful. They had the expertise to perform their duties in an organised manner and expedite Check-in and Check-out. A cake was brought in on one of the guests' birthday, and a doctor was called in immediately when they found that one of the guests had fallen ill.

Guests spoke highly of the variety in the breakfast menu, from traditional to western, plus vegetarian options. They also loved the fourth floor restaurant and bar, which gave them the feel of the front deck of a cruise ship. They also praised the sunset views they could enjoy while dining.

Guests have found the rooms to be spacious, clean and well-maintained. They were greatly impressed with the marine-themed decor of the rooms.

Street facing rooms faced the problem of loud traffic sounds. They found the loud music played in a nearby restaurant very disturbing. Guests suggest putting sound proof windows for the rooms.
