The hotel's wonderful and well equipped spa has a wide range of services including massages and body treatments. While at the spa, guests will be relaxed by the wonderful, professional, well trained and expert masseurs.

Perfectly located in a lively part of the district, many amenities are nearby including bars and restaurants. Guests seemed to enjoy the free transfer to the airport that’s a few minutes’ drive away. Guests can also explore shopping malls in the area.

Guests inhabiting the rooms facing the street side of the hotel felt they were quite noisy.  Rooms near the lift too proved to be noisy. Guests were of the view that the walls were too thin that noise carried easily into their rooms.

Guests felt that the hotel's breakfast didn't meet their expectations. They felt that it had limited variety as the same food was being served almost daily. This was quite monotonous.

A number of guests noted a damp and harsh smell in some areas of the hotel such as the bathrooms .To them; the smell was really strong and did not seem to go away.
