Car parks in the encloused grounds. 2 up to 6 persons + 1 child up to 12 years. The Apartments: The former mill provides 8 apartments, tastefully furnished in antique style. The apartments vary in size between 1, 1½, 2 and 3 rooms. Each apartment has a well-equipped pantry-kitchen, washing-machine and SAT-TV. The apartments also have a communal outdoor area (approx. 10.000 m²) with table, benches and barbecue, as well as a new pool (approx. 15 m x 6 m) which is open from ca. late April to late October, weather permitting. Parking spaces are available within the closed grounds. The Region: Here in the delightful Valle Valcuvia, located in the beautiful scenary between Lago Maggiore and Lake Lugano, everyone will find for him or herself exactly what makes a holiday individual and unforgettable. Hikers will enjoy the many well laid-out tracks and cyclists may choose between numerous tours, whether demanding or not quite so strenuous, to explore the region. Visitors interested in history and culture will appreciate the fact that Milan, the main city of Lombardy is nearby. Holiday-makers who simply wish to get away from it all are in the perfect location here. A refreshing swim in one of the two streams will provide lasting memories. The small town of Rancio is within approx. 5 minutes walking distance and more shops, a pharmacy, restaurant, etc. can be reached within approx. 5 minutes by car. The new approx. 10 km cycle path means that Luino and the lake can be easily reached by bike. Golfers will find several courses in the vicinity.
