Positive Reviews
positive:
Good for a family vacation.
This resort is great for a family vacation. The rooms are spacious and have kitchenettes, so snacks and lunches can be made quickly. There is a separate pool and water park area for kids and a play area. In addition, the on-site pizzeria buffet keeps even teens happy and daily activities will keep the whole crew entertained.
positive:
Largest pool in the area.
The pool is the central feature of this resort, with good reason. It's a huge pool with a great tropical feel to it. The pool is well-maintained and cleaned daily. There is a separate kid's area so adults can relax. There are plenty of sunbeds, but get there early to claim yours.
positive:
A walking vacation.
This hotel isn't right in the center of town, so the resort is mostly quiet and relaxing. If you're in the mood for some excitement, put on your walking shoes and stroll to find shops, bars, and market. The beach isn't too far away either, and a 20-minute stroll will take you anywhere you need to go.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Not in the lap of luxury.
Since the hotel is a popular family destination, keep in mind you will not be staying in the lap of luxury. Many of the rooms are basic and standard with some scuff marks and signs of use. Not all the rooms have been refurbished, but the overall quality is one of modern convenience.
negative:
Get started right away.
A common concern at this hotel is the check-in process. Many rooms just aren't available when guests arrive. There is a luggage storage room and guests are often told to have a drink at the bar, take a dip in the pool, or go explore.
negative:
A difference in standards.
While daily cleaning is advertised, that isn't the case. The cleaning is usually just a towel exchange and guests might have to self-serve their own rooms.
