Top notch leisure facilities at the hotel
The six outdoor pools and all the tennis courts are well maintained and kept clean at all times. A number of guests were very pleased with the professionalism and level of expertise shown by the attendants at the hotel. Guests can relax at the beach which is just a stroll away from the hotel.

The apartments are extremely well maintained and spacious. The rooms are very clean and the beds are plush and very comfortable. Majority of guests felt that the kitchenettes were well equipped and roomy enough to make self-catering during your stay a rather enjoyable experience.

A number of guests felt that being charged for Wi-Fi access was unusual considering the status of the hotel as a five-star establishment. They were of the opinion that the Wi-Fi charges should have been included in the main hotel bill thus enabling them to browse for free during their stay.

A number of guests complained about the walls which appeared to be too thin. As a result noise from television sets and loud conversations carried easily from room to room and those who were light sleepers could not have a restful night's sleep.
