Most guests give the front desk team rave reviews for their personable and professional customer service, commenting often on their smiling faces and their willingness to answer questions, recommend restaurants, and provide directions. The wait staff and housekeeping team also receive high marks for the quality of their services.

Guests enjoy the hotel's location, which is just far enough out of the city centre to allow for quieter nights and more affordable rates, but close enough that guests can walk to the Aldstadt in about 20 minutes. Guests generally agree that the walk along the Rhine is very pleasant, and that taking a taxi back at the end of the day is an inexpensive and convenient option. There are also several restaurants, cafes, and other amenities within walking distance.

While guests describe all of the rooms as sparkling clean, with comfortable beds and modern decor, guests who stay in the Business Class rooms, generally agree that the extra expense is well worth it, as the Super Breakfast Buffet is included and it is not inexpensive purchased separately. The buffet offers a wide variety of hot and cold options, including champagne.

Several guests were put off by the non-traditional bathroom layout. While the toilet area is completely separated from the rest of the room with a locking door, the shower is only partially separated from the bedroom and its windows by a frosted glass wall, resulting in too little privacy for some.

A few guests noted that the gym offers only cardio equipment and is rather small, though the view is nice.

While most guests enjoy the Super Breakfast Buffet, the atmosphere is a bit too "chaotic" for some.
