Guests were amazed by the well-equipped fitness rooms and spa. There are many services included like deep tissue massage and other body treatments. Many guests were very contented with the level of proficiency shown by the hotel's masseurs
Most employees are multilingual as this enhances communication between the guests and the staff members and reduces whichever instances of miscommunication that might have risen. The staff members are also very polite and go out of their way to be of help.
The rooms are ever very clean and well maintained. Guestrooms are spacious enough and the furniture and decor blends in well with the hotel's theme. Comfortable mattresses are available as well as good of numbers of pillows are provided in rooms.
The Wi-Fi signal seems to be weak and inconsistent. The strength of the signal could vary throughout the property. Most guests expressed their annoyance at being inconvenienced by having to move their devices from room to room in order to get a much better signal.
Some guests were dismayed that the outdoor pools were flooded with young unsupervised kids who made their time by the pool not satisfying. During peak seasons when the hotel is flooded with guests is when this is most evident.
