Guests found the rooms at this hotel offer an excellent standard of accommodation. Since they are recently refurbished, you’ll find the décor is lovely and fresh and the choice of amenities impressive. The rooms are spacious, as are the bathrooms, which also boast large fluffy towels.

While a business park isn't the most exciting of locations, guests found the setting quiet and offered easy access to the Inverness city centre as well as attractions in the wider area. The Cairngorms National Park is a particular highlight.

Staff at the Premier Inn Inverness East seem to place great importance on guest enjoyment and satisfaction during a stay in the hotel. A friendly welcome and attentive service appear to be the order of the day.

Although the rooms tick a number of boxes, the lack of air-conditioning was a problem for some guests. Apparently, the rooms can get so ridiculously hot that opening the windows and using the provided desk fans have little effect.

Although it’s fair to say that a large number of guests enjoyed their experience at the Inshes Gate restaurant, opinions do differ. Several guests found the service a little on the slow side while others complain about the limited choice for vegetarians.

Beyond the lack of air-conditioning and negative experiences in the restaurant, reviews of this hotel tend to be favourable. Minor complaints do crop up about the lack of an in-room phone and difficulty connecting to the Wi-Fi but these are infrequent.
