Platzl Hotel

Platz is a 4 star hotel in in the historic Old Town of Munich between Hofbräuhaus, Maximilianstrasse, Viktualienmarkt and Marienplatz. All of its 167 rooms and suites have recently been renovated and feature traditional Bavarian décor with wooden panelling. The standard rooms have cable/satellite TV, telephone, radio, safe, hairdryer and minibar. These rooms also have a laptop sized safe, noise protection windows and most rooms enjoy a view of the Old Town. Some of the rooms have been adapted for guests with disabilities and wifi is available for an additional fee. Facilities at the hotel include an award winning restaurant and there is a bar. For recreation and leisure there is a fitness centre, solarium, steam bath and sauna. The 24 hour reception can arrange room service, laundry services and bicycle rental.
