positive:
Management is getting it right.
If you are looking for a well-run and friendly resort, you might not have to look any further. Reception staff were found to be a pleasure to interact with, and guests felt like they were treated with kindness and respect. The lovely staff were always on hand to assist, and sometimes even volunteered information about the local area.
positive:
A lot of positives.
Guests had a list of great things about this hotel, and two things that made visitors smile the most were plenty of parking and lots of sun beds. Being able to avoid the early morning dash for a place by the pool was priceless to many.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Basic rooms.
Some guests would have liked their rooms better if they had amenities like a kettle, iron, or a TV with multiple channels. However, large balconies and clean and comfortable quarters were reflected in the price guests paid, and for that they were happy.
negative:
Limited food.
A few guests complained that there wasn't the option of a nice evening meal. Only bar food was available at night, and breakfasts sometimes left a bit to be desired with a limited selection of hot items.
negative:
On a hill.
If you don't want to make a short climb up a hill, you might want to pass on this hotel. While a few guests took exception with the quick uphill walk, most preferred to see this as a positive, which included a great vantage point, gentle breezes, and an absence of noise.
