    Easy access to public transport

    Guests found the close proximity of the Saphan Taksin station to be very convenient to explore the surroundings. From there you can go in just about any direction. The bus stop is also just a few steps away, and guests said it is very reliable.

    Guests felt at ease from the moment they arrived at the hotel. Staff were friendly, helpful and treated guests like friends. Whatever you need, whether it's an extra blanket or directions to a good restaurant, they staff will lend a helping hand.

    Many tired travellers were pleasantly surprised to get a free upgrade on arrival. They described the suites as large enough to fit the entire family in comfortably.

    Lack of warm water

    If you look forward to a hot shower every night, you might be a little disappointed in the lukewarm response from the shower temperature. Guests had to make do with water that left them a little cool.

    Some of the friendly staff struggled to speak English fluently, and guests became a little frustrated with trying so hard to ask a simple question. Regardless, most guests said that by the end of their stay, they had learnt a little of the staff's language too.
