Even the most discriminating of neat freaks had a hard time finding problems with the cleanliness of rooms. What could use improvement, however, according to the opinion of some guests, were outside hallway areas, and things like communal ashtrays that weren't emptied enough.
Some guests felt uneasy about sliding patio doors that were accessible to the outside, but didn't lock. Wobbly locks could also be found on some main doors, causing guests to put a chair or table by the door for safety.
Road noise and sounds from other guests could be heard by some visitors to this hotel. Guests might want to ask for rooms on the top floor to avoid hearing footsteps, or in an end location for more privacy from neighbors.
Wrinkly clothes might bring you down at this hotel. While an ironing board is provided, guests found that they had to ask for an iron. Similarly, a hairdryer was nowhere in sight, something guests would have preferred to know before taking a shower. Management was quick to bring the requested items when asked.
