Excellent Staff
The staff received high praises from everyone who spoke. Don't hesitate to stop over at the front desk if there is anything you need- they will make sure you get it! Helpful, polite and efficient.
positive:
Clean, Satisfactory Rooms
Most found the rooms suitable for the basic needs one requests of a hotel room. Clean and well-appointed with decent amenities. Hot water is plentiful, and beds are comfortable. Some rooms even have functioning hot tubs for a bit of luxury!
Negative Reviews
negative:
Sparse Breakfast
Some felt the breakfast selection was not up to par and more hot options and proteins are needed on the buffet. On occasion, they've shut the buffet line down earlier than scheduled as they ran out of food. Apparently, the person responsible for ordering had overlooked a few things. Have a back-up plan - luckily, there are several alternatives nearby for breakfast.
negative:
Technology Glitches
The Wi-Fi is definitely hit or miss - and mostly miss. Be sure to also use caution with your debit/credit cards - they've been known to double-charge on occasion, causing problems with overdrafts in guest accounts.
negative:
Complaint Department; Get In Line
Some complained of light flooding into their rooms through insufficient blinds/curtains/doors. Others experienced a heavy musty odor in their rooms. Still more noticed paint peeling off walls/ceilings, smoke wafting through cracks, built up gunk in showers, bedside tables falling apart and trash left under/behind furniture. Not the lap of luxury.
