Mosaic Hotel Beverly Hills (Beverly Hills, USA)

Great rooms; well decorated and furnished and intricately designed to incorporate bathroom facilities, they make astonishingly best use of the space. The air con is excellent!

Staff are brilliant and an essential element in the success pattern of this Beverly Hills hotel. They add substantially towards the success of guests' visits. The hotel has a number of meeting spaces and the role of the staff in supporting the individual needs of event attendees is, frankly, mind blowing. They are exceptional.

You can't fail to be impressed by the care, imagination and talent that has gone into the renovation of this hotel.

If you can get a word in with front desk staff as they cope with a constant flow of incoming personal calls, you'll be met by a lack of interest in anything other than those phone calls! There is no hint of any willingness, on the part of staff, to show any versatility in adapting to meet guest requests.

Dark and dingy by day; rooms are illuminated at night via fluorescent street lining and inadequate blinds! Rooms are very much on the small side with 'elderly' TV and dated accessories. Not disgraceful, but certainly not impressive.

It's an OK place but could be so much better. Just a little effort would result in the upgrading of corridors and the obliteration of those well established smells. If they did that, the additional noise problem wouldn't be so noticeable!
