Guests can access the lovely private beach that’s just steps away from the hotel. A number of fine restaurants and eateries are nearby for those who want to eat out. The environment is eye-catching and guests get the luxury of enjoying the sea view right in the comfort of their rooms.
The well appointed, stylish and spacious guestrooms are a delight. The beds are comfortable and bathrooms are sizeable and easy to manoeuvre in. Besides, the floor to ceiling windows allows plenty of light into the rooms as well as great views of the sea.
The friendliness and hospitality of the staff was noticeable to guests. The staff’s welcoming nature was very admirable as they took guests’ concerns seriously and handling them in a specialized manner. In addition, they have a kind approach that puts guests at ease.
Wi-Fi signal is almost non-existent in rooms. Although guests were informed of this prior to booking, they felt that the hotel should provide free Wi-Fi throughout the premises. This inconvenient many as the internet connection was accessible only at the lobby.
Guests felt that the breakfast did not measure up to the standard their expected. As such, many opted to have their meals at nearby eateries since they were lots of them to choose from. Others felt that the same food was served almost on a daily basis thus becoming boring.
Some issues among the shortlist of complaints reported by guests include lack of a fitness centre and in-room facilities like kettles among others. However, it was quite a gratifying experience to many guests.
