Negative Reviews
negative:
The Wi-Fi signal is weak in most areas
The Wi-Fi signal appears weak in the guestrooms. Many guests felt inconvenienced by having to go to the public places such as the restaurant in order to access the Wi-Fi at a good speed.
negative:
The hotel has no elevator
Using the stairs to get to upper floors can be quite difficult especially if you are carrying heavy luggage. If you had frequent dealings in and out of the hotel, it can be quite tiring as you have to use the stairs.
negative:
The bathrooms are not well maintained
Guests complained about the state of the bathrooms. Some rooms lacked shower curtains while others needed replacing as they were dated. Others complained about the bathrooms getting flooded while taking a shower.
