Located in the very heart of the picturesque seaside town of Split, Luxe Boutique Hotel offers modern accommodation as well as a variety of leisure facilities. During their free time guests can relax in the comfortable cigar lounge. Continental breakfasts are served on-site whilst guests can enjoy their lunch and evening meals at some of the nearby restaurants such as Konoba Lucac and Bistro Toc. Diocletian’s Palace and Grgur Ninski Statue are both in close proximity to the hotel.

Guests said that they did not need to use their cars as everything they wanted to see in Split was within walking distance. The hotel is just a short walk away from the Old Town with its numerous historical monuments and landmarks whilst many also found it handy being close to the ferry port and local amenities.
The decor has been described as up-to-date with brightly coloured upholstery and fixtures. The furniture was also said to be of modern design whilst many also appreciated the equally well-presented bathrooms. Guests were pleased to report that their rooms were clean and kept tidy by the housekeeping for the duration of their stay.
Despite being a small boutique hotel, guests were pleased to find that that they had plenty of things to do on-site. Those who visited the spa said that the whole facility was clean and well-presented whilst those who had treatments said they thoroughly enjoyed them. The fitness centre was also said to be modern with a good range of equipment.
Guests objected to the fact that the parking is a few streets away from the hotel and that they were not able to leave their cars in front of the building whilst checking in. Many found it cumbersome carrying their luggage from the parking to the hotel and also reported that the parking places were tight.
Quite a few guests mentioned that they experienced difficulties when they wanted to connect to the Internet as the signal was said to be weak and intermittent.
Those who chose the sea facing rooms said that their views were obstructed by buildings opposite the hotel.
