The Youth Hotel Egger is situated in the Kaertner lake district and has the lake Ossiach almost on the doorstep, just a few kilometers away.Once you get here it is perfect in the summer for swimming, sailing or surfing lessons. In winter the Gerlitzen is the ideal starting point for skiing with 27 km slopes or, for a change, with the Verditz 15 km runs. Winter hikes are also possible on snowshoes through the hiking paradise.
