Guests at Impiana Samui Resort & Spa loved the buffet breakfast as there was something for everyone. The wide buffet spread with a lot of variety was highly appreciated by past guests as that was the perfect way to kick start their day.
As expressed by past guests, the housekeeping team at this property does a great job and deserves a pat on their back. Guests have found their rooms to be perfectly clean and replenished with fresh towels and toiletries every day.
Some of the guests have rated their experience at Swasana Spa quite high. The relaxing massages, body wraps and therapeutic treatment could rejuvenate their mind and body. Moreover, the staff at the spa does their job well.
Most of the past guests staying at this property left disappointed as they were unable to get a good night sleep reason being loud noise from the nearby night clubs and resort's evening entertainment. Guests had to bear pounding music till midnight which indeed upset them
Though the traditional Thai décor has been liked by most of the guests at Impiana Samui Resort & Spa, but some have expressed their disliking towards the tired room furnishings. The resort should work upon its room and install new fittings and furnishings.
If you are someone who prefers soft and plush beds, you might be disappointed at this property. As reported by past guests, the mattresses in the guest rooms were too hard for their comfort and led to a poor sleep.
