Guests have wonderful views of the Adriatic Sea right in the comfort of the hotel's well-equipped spa. Guests can relax as they are pampered by well trained and very specialized staff members. The spa is stylish with a sauna and a Turkish bath.
The rooms are well maintained and moving around is quite easy. Housekeeping is offered regularly and everything is kept perfectly clean. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are roomy.
At i-Fame restaurant, guests can relax and enjoy amazing meals. The restaurant serves a wide range of local cuisine which is really well prepared. There is an array of hot and cold dishes served and most guests were spoilt for choice because of the diversity of the dishes on offer.
The rooms that face the street are very noisy due to the constant stream of both vehicle and pedestrian traffic. Pubs in the area might also cause some disturbance due to loud music and disturbing revellers.
A considerable amount of guests thought the Wi-Fi connection provided by the hotel was not constant throughout the hotel. Some felt the inconvenience of having to keep logging in each time. One had to enter the password ever so often.
Guests were at times left frustrated as they had to wait for a long time in order to be served. They thought that the restaurant and bar were at times understaffed thus taking a while to respond to their requests.
