Ütia de Börz Alpine inn at Passo delle Erbe/Würzjoch is an excellent departure point for a variety of tours, such as the summit tour, the loop trail around Sas de Pütia/Peitlerkofel, one of the most renowned mountains of the region, which offers superb vistas of the surrounding scenery. Legend has it that on clear days, you can see as far as Venice from up there. In winter, the resort is popular with fans of cross-country skiing, tobogganing and winter hiking. The area around Passo delle Erbe/Würzjoch is sometimes also referred to as "Little Alaska" thanks to its pristine, rough nature.
