The staff members are said to be friendly with most guests, especially the bell boy service and the reception. They spoke good English and would handle guest requests with ease. Even if guests arrived in the early morning, the staff did not mind.
The rooms are said to be very spacious and airy, while the beds are comfortable. It was nice to have enough space to walk around and it was clean as well. The basics of hospitality are met with many positive remarks.
The breakfast and dinner buffets are found to be good and with various options. There was great choice to choose from and the options were sumptuous. People truly enjoyed their meals in the hotel and it was a nice amenity to be able to have delicious food
The outdoor noise was a little too loud for some guests who found it hard to sleep. The crowds and the city noises did not help at all, and guests would have liked some soundproofing.
