The guesthouse was found to be in an ideal location for guests who stayed here. It is walking distance from Vatican City and its attractions. It is also close to Rome's central area with its attractions and public transportation options.
The rooms were found to be just what guests needed for a comfortable stay. They included flat-screen TVs, air conditioning, private bathrooms and comfortable furnishings. The rooms were also spacious enough and the décor was vibrant and welcoming.
The staff members were thought to be friendly and accommodating. Guests appreciated that even if there was no one in reception, they could call and someone would be at the guesthouse within minutes. It was nice to know they were available.
Guests did not like that in order to get to their room they had to use about four keys. They thought this was too much trouble just to get to their rooms and would have liked a more efficient method.
The breakfast was a bit of a disappointment for guests. The breakfast is actually served in another location several streets from the guesthouse and it was not easy to find. Then the selection was not good and the cutlery limited.
The rooms were found to not do a good job of reducing the noise coming from the other rooms. Guests could hear other guests, the TVs and other noises, and they would have liked a quieter place to stay.
