Hotel de l'Europe in Rouen is a family downtown hotel, totally independent, very efficient and professional. A lovely heart of the city 3-star hotel. The pleasant staff will welcome you 24 hours a day. You will appreciate the new kind of pullman bed at night, the awesome breakfast with fresh dairy, smoothy, and home made pastry, jam and all in the morning. After dinner you could appreciate a wide card of whiskies: Around 20 different sort and 15 old Calvados. Some hotels have a very pretty old frontage as their rooms' frontage was built after WW2. Upon entering the lobby, you will appreciate the professionalism. The most important feature is not only the outside but inside the place where you're going to sleep.
