For what is essentially a reasonable price, the Travelodge on the Falls certainly seems to have a lot to offer. Clean and comfortable rooms combined with a swimming pool, business facilities, and complimentary Wi-Fi all add up to equal great value for money.
Negative Reviews
negative:
New parking charges
According to repeat guests of this hotel, on-site parking used to be included in the room rate. Unfortunately, you will now need to leave room in your budget to pay the daily parking charge. The cost is not excessive but frustrating nonetheless.
negative:
Noisy surroundings
As you might expect from such a centrally located hotel, you will probably have to contend with some noise from nearby bars, restaurants and nightspots. The noise sometimes goes on until fairly late too, so throwing some earplugs into your travel case may be a wise move.
negative:
Refurbishment could be overdue
Although guests tend to describe the rooms as clean and comfortable, there are a fair number who also comment that the rooms, and indeed the public areas, are looking a little tired. It's probably a minor point, but it does seem that refurbishment would benefit this property.
