Hidden Fees
Many guests resented that the hotel charges several extra fees not included in the cost of the room. Daily resort fees are not optional, and if you require parking there is also a daily parking fee. Be aware of these extra costs before booking.

Rooms in Need of Renovation
While the hotel grounds are very nice and well-kempt, several guests complained that the guestrooms have not aged so well. The resort seems to have rather outdated, worn furnishings, beds and plumbing, and guests also complained of stains and marks on the walls and carpets. The resort is scheduled for a renovation sometime in the next year though, so these issues may eventually be resolved.
