Many guests liked the fact there was a modern gym on site that offers free yoga and spinning classes for guests with an onsite trainer as well. It was nice to have the fitness facilities to exercise.

Most guests enjoyed their breakfast in the morning as it was varied and tasted good. For those who had dinner, they felt the dishes were also good and that the service was efficient.

Most guests agreed the rooms were nicely kept during their stay. They also enjoyed the modern amenities and furnishings available in the rooms such as rainfall showerheads and plenty of hot water. The furnishings were comfortable and rooms kept clean.

Some guests were disappointed there was no free Wi-Fi in the rooms and instead there was Internet access for a fee. They would expect a hotel to have Wi-Fi access in the rooms. The price charged was also found to be expensive.

Some guests found the reception to be unfriendly and inattentive to guest needs. They felt the staff did little to accommodate the guests and to fix various issues during their stay. They would have preferred a more amiable staff.

Some guests were annoyed to be charged extra for things like bottles of water and Internet. The prices were also higher than what you can get outside. They were annoyed for these extra charges as they felt the price they paid would at least allow for free Wi-Fi.
