If you are arriving in Bali on a late flight or have an early flight to catch in the morning then staying at this hotel puts you within easy reach of the airport. In a taxi you can be outside the terminal in less than ten minutes.
Step outside this place and you have plenty to do on your doorstep. Lippo Mall Kuta is a three minute walk away, with lots of shops, restaurants, and a cinema, plus Jerman Beach is just seven minutes' walk away.
You can't fault the customer service on offer here, the staff really know how to do their job properly. You'll be treated like a valued guest from the moment you step foot in reception, and no request is too big or small.
Staying connected to the internet can be a pain here, the free Wi-Fi is not very fast and the signal is patchy. If you can't connect to the internet in your room then report the problem to reception.
This hotel isn't being kept clean enough, so don't be too surprised if you see the odd stray hair or two in the bathroom. There also seems to be an odd smell in some of the rooms.
The walls at this hotel are quite thin so it's easy to hear what is going on in the room next to you. If you are a light sleeper make sure to pack some earplugs just in case you have noisy neighbours.
