You should be ready for a walk.
The hotel itself is in a somewhat secluded spot. It's about a ten-minute, uphill walk into town. For most guests this was not a problem, but some were quite tired of walking after a few days. This also posed a problem for mobility-impaired guests.

Be sure of your travel plans before you book.
Many guests who had to change their plans were annoyed that the hotel requires a non-refundable deposit. In addition, several guests had an inordinate amount of trouble trying to cancel or change their reservation.
