It is in a central location and has good proximity to the airport and arranges free pick up which guests appreciate. They say that it this is one of the decent and good hotels in South Goa.

The rooms have simple furnishings and comfortable beds. Most guests say that they have everything they need, from TV to lovely showers and laundry service, in the rooms. Several guests say that Wi-Fi is not good in the rooms but they are allowed to use the business computer of the hotel any time they need to.

Many guests say that the staff at the hotel is welcoming and always ready with a smile accommodating late arrivals owing to flight delays. They like the small but lovely rooftop pool which offers good views. A number of guests like the varied breakfast and the items that the restaurant cooks to order.

Some guests complained of water leakages, which they find almost everywhere in the hotel. It is present in the rooms, lobby and the terrace. They say that housekeeping service is definitely below par and the hotel is fairly shabby by international standards.

The soundproofing in the rooms falls short of preventing the sounds of the trains which start arriving as early as six in the mornings at the station nearby. The bathroom floors have stains from water seepage and damaged doors.

Most guests say that the Wi-Fi is almost non-existent at the hotel and that the rates charged are higher than the ones mentioned in the rate charts.
